When we researched our customers, one of their main concerns with OPCs and Specialists was the tendency for the cost of jobs to spiral out of control. We listened and heard that customers want pricing to be as simple and as transparent as possible.
To that end we offer as many fixed price jobs as possible, for example we can tell you exactly what a 2 year 20000 mile service or cross over pipes on a 997 will cost. Porsche have a system of alternating major and minor services supplemented by a number of timed items. We follow this system. Our fixed price servicing is based on OE quality parts and the correct grade of Mobil1 engine oil, as recommended by Porsche. Porsche branded parts can be used at additional cost. Please note that all of our services include a free diagnostic plug-in worth £135+VAT on cars with OBD ports.
We are so confident in our value that we offer a PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE. This means that you don’t need to worry about having the best price.
We have a fixed charge for a diagnosis visit which is £135+VAT. If we can solve the problem there and then within an hour, we will do so at no extra charge. If a return visit is necessary we will give you an estimate of costs before the job. If this estimate changes, for example because we have found something else wrong, we will discuss it with you in advance. You can decide if you want the extra work doing. Often jobs can be monitored and left for later – if we would do that on our cars, we will advise you to do the same. For non fixed price jobs we give you a fixed quote in advance.
You pay us by card or bank transfer on completion of the job and you will receive a quality Mobile Porsche Specialist receipt by email for your very important service history file and well as the relevant Mobile Porsche Specialist stamp in your service book.
