At Mobile Porsche Specialist we take the security of customer information very seriously and operate in line with GDPR good practice.
We store customer information on HubSpot and BigChange CRM software solely for our own use to help them maintain their cars. No data is given to third parties, apart from chassis number and registration to source correct parts for their car.
Access to CRM software is restricted to approved users and is password protected.
We have a clear written policy on customer data which is in our policy manual and given to all employees on starting.
