We store customer information on HubSpot CRM solely for our own use to help them maintain their cars. No data is given to third parties, apart from chassis number and registration to source correct parts for their car.
Access to Hubspot is restricted to approved users and isn password protected.
We have a clear written policy on customer data which isn in our policy manual and given to all employees on starting.
