A significant minority of customers want to provide their own parts in an attempt to save money. Unless you have significant experience of buying Porsche parts, we would advise against this.
However, unlike most specialists and all OPCs, we are happy to fit customer supplied parts but we need to protect ourselves from an unbilled visit, which could have been offered to someone else. To this end:
- We may charge a deposit for labour
- We will charge for any hours spent as a result of incorrect or missing parts
- We will not provide warranty for our work
In our experience providing your own parts is a false economy but we are happy to fit them subject to the above.
